JOB DESCRIPTION:
Insight Global's boutique bookkeeping client is looking for a Part-time Bookkeeper to join their staff.
This role focuses on managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online, including categorizing transactions, posting journal entries, and recording payroll. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate financial documentation in Google Drive, reviewing P&L statements and balance sheets, and updating task progress in Monday.com and Financial Sense.
The position involves periodic duties such as 1099 reporting, beginning in January, weekly check-ins with leadership, and contributing to process improvements, with potential to expand into invoicing support. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success.
MUST HAVES:
- 2+ years of QuickBooks online experience
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Formulas
- Pivot tables
- Data sorting
- Accounts Receivable background

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
