Location & Work Coordination
This position is based in Mumbai, India. While our brand headquarters are in the USA, this role requires close and regular collaboration with key team members. To facilitate seamless work coordination, we strongly prefer candidates currently based in or around the Mumbai metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Asset Creation: Conceptualize, design, and execute a wide range of sophisticated creative assets for our website campaigns, including homepage banners, landing page visuals, and promotional graphics.
- Digital & E-commerce: Design compelling visuals for email marketing campaigns (newsletters, automated flows), social media stories, paid media ads, and other digital touchpoints.
- B2B Creative: Develop and design high-end B2B marketing collateral, such as digital lookbooks, wholesale catalogs, sales presentations, line sheets, and virtual event materials.
- Brand Integrity: Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative output is cohesive polished, and perfectly aligned with our luxury brand identity and strict visual guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our international e-commerce, marketing, and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and B2B needs, delivering assets that are both beautiful and effective.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, adhering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Mandatory: A strong, polished portfolio that must include examples of work for luxury, fashion, or high-end jewelry brands.
- Experience: 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a significant portion focused on the luxury sector.
- Location: Must be based in or around Mumbai. Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Digital Expertise: Proven experience designing for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), email marketing (e.g., Klaviyo), and social media.
- B2B Collateral: Demonstrable experience in creating elegant lookbooks, catalogs, and sales presentations.
- Aesthetic: A sophisticated, modern design aesthetic with a meticulous eye for typ1ography, color, layout, and pixel-perfect detail.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, self-motivation, and the ability to interpret feedback and collaborate effectively across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects) for creating simple animations for ads or social media.
- Knowledge of video editing for short-form content.
- Familiarity with the specific UI/UX constraints of the Shopify platform.
