Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team in day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a strong work ethic. As a key member of the administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of various office functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide general office support including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain data in company systems.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars.
- Customer Service: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect requests to appropriate departments or team members.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized work environment.
- Correspondence: Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos, emails, and reports.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update records and databases as required, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Special Projects: Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or some college coursework preferred.
- Experience: Prior administrative or office support experience is a plus, but not required.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
