The Marketing Operations Associate and Executive Support position is designed to support marketing efforts and executive operations within a fast-paced, professional, and client-focused environment. The individual in this role will manage marketing campaigns, collaborate on sales operations, and provide administrative support to the President. Their work will directly increase operational efficiency during daily tasks, help drive brand awareness, and optimize engagement strategies for the company. By excelling in these responsibilities, the role aims to integrate marketing, operations, and business objectives, aligning with the company's goals for long-term client satisfaction and growth. The position requires dedication, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and client engagement.
- Manage content across digital platforms, including website, blog, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Collaborate with the recruitment department for employment branding.
- Support SEO initiatives and website optimization using tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics.
- Coordinate and execute email campaigns, including drafting and performance tracking.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure all messaging reflects our friendly, client-focused culture.
- Manage the President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
- Handle expense reporting, meeting preparation, and follow-up tasks.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
- Assist in building and maintaining sales and management decks.
- Assist in planning and executing company events and executive off-site meetings.
- Support sales processes in HubSpot CRM, including pipeline management, reporting, and campaign tracking.
- Contribute to sales and marketing performance reports and dashboards.
- Assist with data management and enrichment using tools such as ZoomInfo.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or executive assistance (insurance or financial services industry experience a plus).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive under tight deadlines.
- Entry-level experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Working knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO/analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Comfortable using social media platforms for business purposes (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to follow direction and apply processes consistently.
- Self-motivated with a thirst for learning about the business and the insurance industry.
