Adava Care is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Administrative Assistant who thrives in structured environments and finds satisfaction in ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately. This role supports Human Resources functions that require precision, follow-through, confidentiality, and consistency.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex workflows, managing multiple priorities with care, and contributing to a multiple location assisted living organization while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- Posting job openings across multiple platforms and tracking applicant progress
- Reviewing resumes and conducting structured initial candidate screenings
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, orientations, and HR-related events
- Preparing and organizing new-hire documentation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records in accordance with state and company requirements
- Monitoring deadlines and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Demonstrating consistent follow-through and attention to detail in all administrative processes
- Prior experience in healthcare, caregiving, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team when needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
- Strong follow-through and time-management skills
- Associate degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role, ideally in healthcare or assisted living
- Familiarity with job boards, applicant tracking systems, or recruitment platforms
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems
