Booking Administrative Assistant with GBFE.live
(Fully remote, 10-15 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage booking documents (i.e. offer, contracts, riders, etc.)
- Track riders and deposits
- Communicate with clients about document reminders/deadlines
- Data maintenance, entry, & integrity
- Booking outreach (as needed)
- Additional tasks (as needed)
Skills needed:
- Proficiency in Google suite products
- Discretion in handling all documents and data
- Experience in document creation/editing
- Experience in music and live events industries preferred
