Overview
A Maintenance Supervisor oversees a team of technicians, ensuring all equipment and facilities are maintained, repaired, and operating smoothly and safely. Key responsibilities include creating maintenance schedules, inspecting facilities, managing inventory and parts, ensuring compliance with safety regulations like OSHA, and communicating between technicians and upper management to meet maintenance goals
Duties
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations.
Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
Team Management: training, supervising, and assigning tasks to maintenance staff and contractors.
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Scheduling and overseeing both routine maintenance and necessary repairs for equipment, buildings, and machinery.
Facility Inspections: Regularly inspecting facilities to identify potential issues and determine required maintenance work.
Work Order Management: Responding to maintenance requests

Your monthly salary will be Rs. 25000/-.
