Position Overview:
We are seeking a Zoom Webinar Developer & Tech Support Specialist to help design, manage, and facilitate our company’s ongoing webinars. This person will work closely with our management and marketing teams to ensure our virtual events run smoothly and deliver a professional, engaging experience for attendees.
Responsibilities:
- Design, schedule, and host webinars on Zoom and other virtual platforms.
- Manage registration, reminders, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate breakout rooms, polls, Q&A sessions, and screen sharing during live events.
- Provide live technical support for presenters and participants.
- Record, edit, and organize webinar replays for internal and external use.
- Troubleshoot connection, audio, and visual issues in real-time.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to enhance webinar visuals and engagement tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience running and managing Zoom or similar webinar platforms.
- Strong understanding of virtual event design and engagement tools.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot quickly under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, OBS, or streaming software is a plus.
- Previous experience in webinar production, virtual events, or online education preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
