Key Responsibilities:
Ø Develop, test, and implement PLC programs using Mitsubishi and Siemens systems.
Ø Create and troubleshoot ladder logic programs for a range of industrial automation applications.
Ø Configure and control servo motor drives to ensure accurate and efficient motion control.
Ø Perform wiring harness tracing and assembly, ensuring all electrical connections are accurate and functional.
Ø Identify, diagnose, and resolve control system issues in a timely manner.
Ø Support ongoing system improvements and assist in commissioning and maintenance activities.
Ø Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
Ø Maintain comprehensive documentation of programming and system configurations.
Qualifications & Skills:
o Proven experience with Mitsubishi and Siemens PLC systems.
o Strong command of ladder logic programming.
o Hands-on expertise in servo motor drive configuration and control.
o Solid understanding of electrical wiring, harness tracing, and assembly.
o Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
o Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
o Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
o Good communication and team collaboration skills.
