We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Parsippany, New Jersey. Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize daily administrative tasks to support office operations effectively.
• Answer inbound calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records and databases.
• Assist with general receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure efficient time management.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation as needed.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory to ensure necessary resources are available.
• Collaborate with team members to address administrative challenges and improve workflow.
• Support the office in handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative assistance or a related role.
• Proficiency in answering phone calls and managing inbound inquiries.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Competence in managing schedules and coordinating appointments.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools, including word processing and spreadsheets.
