- Provide technical support to end-users on hardware and software issues
- Maintain and update information systems and databases
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks
- Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies
- Train end-users on how to use information systems effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
