Role Description
Equip leadership with reliable financial statements and automate our books:
• Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations for all active bank and/or credit
card accounts.
• Accounts Payable (AP) Support: Entry of vendor bills and support with scheduling
payments.
• Accounts Receivable (AR) Support: Invoice creation and support with applying
customer payments.
• Transaction Categorization: Accurate classification of all financial transactions.
• Monthly Profit and Loss Report preparation.
• Shopify Integration (A2X, Fishbowl).
- Email Support (response service level agreement of 24 hours).
Qualifications
- QBO ProAdvisor
- Prior industry experience
- Excel accumen
- A great attitude
