The LOS Admin Support Analyst monitors the Encompass Admin support request queue and responds to requests for assistance with issues that are due to Encompass set-up. Typical troubleshooting issues involve user rights and privileges, screen or document behavior, eFolder/eSign functionality, eDisclosure and Document Services functions, and unexpected error messages that require resolution. This position participates in basic Encompass Administration project work as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Encompass Admin support request queue and respond based on SLA to requests for assistance. Perform basic analysis of the request, drafting a problem statement, and routing the request to appropriate staff or department for resolution.
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly system maintenance responsibilities associated with the on-going function of Encompass LOS as assigned by Lead LOS Administrator
- Maintain and update Encompass Configuration and Set-Up as assigned by Lead LOS Administrator, which includes (but not limited to): Organization and User Setup, Password Resets and unlocking loan files, LO/LOA Relationships setup, Sending IT Support Notifications to the field for Encompass performance issues and scheduled maintenance, Service Password Accounts, Loan templates, documents, fees, and vendor services setup.
- Work with Encompass Administrators and LOS Lead Administrator to release simplistic business rules, minor input form changes or basic workflows as assigned by the Lead LOS Administrator or Director of Mortgage Technology, following Evergreen’s best practices for programming, work review, user acceptance and release to production.
- Perform testing of technical work completed within Encompass by admin programmers to validate intended functionality is achieved. Provide testing findings back to both admin and stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation and change management of all system changes.
- Provide support for end user requests as escalated from our 1st level support teams.
- Support Loan Operation and Training staff in troubleshooting loan specific and Encompass usage issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Expected to meet productivity guidelines of the position.
- Effectively use software specific for the position and Microsoft office products.
- Work well with other members of the EHL team and be willing to fill in when needed.
Specific Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities Required for Position:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution or equivalent years of experience.
- Knowledge of all areas of loan policy, practices, procedures and terminology, required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word and MS Excel, required.
- 2-4 years’ experience with Encompass LOS in a production or support role, required.
- Experience in the Mortgage Industry in a processing, origination, production support or administrative role.
- High comfort level in basic computer skills, such as an understanding of drive locations/folders and finding/saving files.
- Initiative and ability to create relationships of trust with business units and field/production support staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability think strategically to provide high quality solutions.
- Excellent organizational, data gathering and follow-up skills.
- Proven track record in meeting deadlines, quickly and accurately troubleshooting issues, problem-solving and communicating with other business units.
- Exercise good judgment and strong character, motivated, hard working.
- Ability to work well with fellow associates, clients and vendors.
Physical Requirements:
- Requires all forms of dexterity and mobility throughout the shift, which may include extended periods of sitting and/or standing. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, twist, climb or balance, stoop, kneel crouch or crawl.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to speak and hear, lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds (25 lbs.) or occasionally more.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, occasionally noisy environment.
- May be required to drive for business purposes and if so, must hold a driver’s license in good standing and maintain personal auto insurance in compliance with EHL’s Auto Insurance policy.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $28.08 - $54.07 per hour depending on a number of factors including location and experience.
