Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create reports and manage documentation effectively.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred open to HSD
- 3+ years as electrician or working on electrical components, EV charging equipment repair/installation experience strongly preferred
- Oral and Written Communication skills
- Electrical/electronic experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
