Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional calendar management skills and demonstrate a strong ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the office while providing top-notch customer service and administrative support.
Duties
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk.
- Utilize Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace to organize schedules and collaborate with team members.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with general office management tasks.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent customer service.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience in event planning is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
