We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance. The Inspector will work closely with the automotive service team to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or adjustments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles to assess their condition and compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform detailed assessments.
- Document findings accurately and provide clear reports on vehicle conditions.
- Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to facilitate necessary repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed during the inspection process, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Stay updated on automotive service trends and best practices to enhance inspection processes.
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair, vehicle maintenance, or auto body repair.
- Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment.
- Experience in auto restoration is a plus, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of vehicle systems.
