We’re hiring a Founding Business Development Manager to own net-new growth and shape our go-to-market from 0→1. You’ll build the motion, open doors, and turn conversations into customers, making a real impact on clinics, providers, and patient care.

What you’ll do:
- Drive outbound business development into physician practices, clinics, and private offices.
- Execute a high-volume cold calling strategy and skillfully navigate from receptionist to decision-maker.
- Educate practice managers, doctors, and administrators on how NPHire’s flat-fee model saves money and delivers vetted NP candidates.
- Partner with leadership to refine our GTM playbook and sales process as the first BD hire.
- Close new accounts and lay the foundation for scalable growth.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in sales, recruiting, or staffing with a true hunter mentality or startup tech experience with a product that required high-velocity calling to penetrate the market
- Comfortable making 100-150 calls/day and building pipeline from scratch.
- Experience selling into small/medium healthcare practices is a strong plus.
- Grit, curiosity, and the drive to thrive in an early-stage startup environment.
