About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Filing Clerk to join our Administrative team. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for ensuring that important documents and digital records are accurately organized and easily accessible. This is a full-time, hourly position that allows you to work remotely while contributing to the smooth operation of administrative processes. What You'll Do
- Organize and maintain digital and electronic filing systems to store confidential administrative records efficiently.
- Accurately file, retrieve, and update documents using internal database systems.
- Work closely with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of stored records across departments.
- Scan, upload, and categorize paper documents into designated electronic databases.
- Perform regular audits of files and databases to confirm organization and compliance with company policies.
- Respond promptly to file-related requests by retrieving the required documents from the system.
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection practices are upheld when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of records and data accurately.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with document management systems.
- Previous experience in filing, administrative support, or data entry preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and strong time management skills.

The pay range for this role is: 19.70 - 30.90 USD per hour(Remote (Des Moines, Iowa, US))
