We have also seen first-hand the challenges and struggles that family members and caregivers face in trying to provide the kind of care needed by their aging loved ones.
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Mobile Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will involve providing administrative support to our team members while working remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Assist with project coordination and tracking deadlines
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment preferred
- Additional certification in Office Management is a plus

The pay range for this role is: 30 - 32 USD per hour(Remote (Minneapolis, Minnesota, US))
