Role Overview
We are seeking a high-impact VP Sales to own U.S. revenue growth and market expansion. This is a performance-driven leadership role where you will shape Yoonify’s go-to-market strategy, build customer and partner ecosystems, and scale revenue across industries.
You’ll have the opportunity to create and lead the sales organization, drive strategic deals, and directly influence Yoonify’s trajectory—with substantial commission upside and meaningful equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategy across target sectors (Education, Public Sector, Energy, HR, Financial Institutions, etc.).
- Pipeline Ownership: Build and manage a high-performing sales funnel—from lead generation through enterprise close.
- Partnership Ecosystem: Establish and grow reseller, solution provider, and system integrator partnerships to accelerate adoption.
- Strategic Accounts: Cultivate and expand long-term relationships with key accounts; drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team aligned with company growth milestones.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing on campaigns, positioning, and lead-gen initiatives.
- Deal Execution: Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements.
- Performance Management: Track KPIs, forecast revenue, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving 7-figure ARR growth in B2B SaaS or AI-driven solutions.
- Experience selling enterprise AI, cloud, or conversational intelligence platforms (preferred).
- Strong network in target sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales teams.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with C-level buyers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, hands-on, and thrives in high-growth environments.
