We have an immediate need for an experienced executive assistant to support the managing partner of our firm. This role presents the opportunity to lead and impact major projects, work directly with the leadership team, and integrate into a dynamic and highly functional team. You’ll play a critical role in leveraging the managing partner to maximize the success and effectiveness of our firm. Most importantly, you will need to put the managing partner where he needs to be, when he needs to be there, with what he needs to have.
This role provides the opportunity to lead and impact major projects, work directly with the managing partner, and integrate into a growing team. This role requires local travel for miscellaneous tasks/ errands in the Seattle area.

We have the great fortune of helping people buy and sell business and private aircraft. Our team consists of a tight-knit group of good-natured attorneys and administrative staff focused on delivering exceptional client service.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a proactive mindset, the intuition to react with appropriate urgency to emerging situations, proven organizational skills and ability to complete multiple high-priority tasks efficiently, strong analytical and decision-making ability, and a sharp eye for details big and small. Flexibility and a sense of humor, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, are crucial for this role.
This role will consist of general administrative support functions, including but not limited to:
· Answering the main office phone line
· Assist with monitoring the Managing Partner’s inbox
· Heavy calendar management
· Electronic filing
· General assistance to the Office Manager and Law Clerk
· Special projects and errands as assigned (you must ).
This role requires the candidate to:
· Have a bachelor’s degree
· Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience
· Have a valid driver's license and a vehicle to reliably travel within the Greater Seattle Area
· Be proficient with Microsoft Office products
· Strong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and most importantly a willingness to learn
· Filter noise from different directions, prioritizing key items to maximize efficient results
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 - $85,000.
