Position Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable, self-motivated remote receptionist/virtual assistant to support our clients with appointment scheduling, prescription coordination, and general inquiries. The ideal candidate will be Texas-based, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical service environment.
This position is open to candidates who legally reside and are authorized to work within the United States, with strong preference given to those based in Texas. Please do not apply if you are located outside the U.S.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and direct message
- Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Handle medication fulfillment communications
- Follow up on leads and missed calls
- Track customer service issues and escalate when needed
- Support basic marketing tasks and reminders (e.g., client follow-up for specials)
Compensation:
- Base Rate: $7.25/hour (Texas state minimum wage)
- Bonus Pay: Earn performance-based bonuses for every lead that converts due to your outreach and follow-up—many of our assistants earn ABOVE industry standard with consistency and follow-through
Note: If you’re looking for a higher base salary or full-time compensation, this role may not be the right fit. This is ideal for someone looking for supplemental income, part-time growth, or entry into the beauty and wellness space.
Qualifications
Required:
- U.S.-based (Texas preferred)
- Available for 11am- 5pm CST
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Tech-savvy and familiar with Google Chrome, phone systems, and basic forms
Preferred:
- Prior experience in aesthetics, medical spas, or weight loss clinics
- Sales or lead conversion experience
- Social media or marketing experience a plus
