Regional Sales Manager, Electronics – Southeast North America
Location: Remote (Florida or Georgia) – 60% Travel

We’re searching for a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead growth across the Southeast North America territory. This is more than a sales role – it's a chance to own the territory, work closely with industry leaders, and directly contribute to our continued success in high-reliability markets like space, defense, aerospace, and medical.
What You’ll Do:
· Drive Sales Growth: Hit or exceed bookings and revenue targets by developing new accounts and growing existing relationships.
· Own the Territory: Strategically manage rep/distributor networks, identify key opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive results.
· Be the Voice of the Customer: Understand customer needs and work with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and world-class service.
· Lead with Insight: Analyze sales data, monitor trends, and forecast opportunities using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and Excel.
· Act as a Connector: Serve as the key liaison between customers and engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure long-term success and preferred vendor status.
What You Bring:
· A BS degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 5+ years of sales territory management experience, ideally in high-reliability industries.
· A proven track record of sales success, customer engagement, and account growth.
· Familiarity with electronic components – knowledge of magnetics is a big plus!
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Comfortable working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
