Title: National Sales Manager, Industrial OEM Channel
Location: Remote / Home Office (USA)
Pay Range: $150K Base + Lucrative Bonus Potential (OTE $200K+)
A leading manufacturer of high-performance fastening solutions is seeking a Director of Industrial and OEM Sales to lead growth across national OEM channels. The ideal candidate will have experience calling on OEMs in the industrial and manufacturing space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy targeting industrial OEMs.
- Drive new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing accounts to achieve aggressive growth goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, optimize product positioning, and stay ahead of competitive trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales initiatives with customer demands.
- Travel as needed to maintain relationships and drive new business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 8+ years of proven success in industrial oem sales, preferably within fasteners, anchors, hardware, masonry or related building materials.
- Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation abilities with a results-driven, "self-starter" mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Attributes: Strategic thinker, highly organized, and motivated to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
