The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative
support to the Founders Classical Academy Superintendent. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of organizational challenges in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Experience
4+ years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting a corporate office in an administrative capacity

Responsibilities And Duties
Perform clerical functions (e.g., proofreading, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, etc.)Handle all expense reportsEnsure all reports and data files are arranged in an organized manner to avoid any inconvenience in business matters Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshopsSecure information by completing database backupsImproves quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes; recommending changesComplete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining the cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans Support the management of projectsAbility to work in Home OfficePrepare for team meetings (e.g., calendar coordination, agenda, logistics, resolutions, minutes, etc.)Respond to public information requestsMonitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communicationsDraft and review a variety of documentsMaintain updated corporate documentsManages special projects under the direction and guidance of Leadership Team/SuperintendentCompletes all other duties as assigned
