Join our team as an Executive Experience Manager, where you will assist with high-budget events and act as a liaison with clients. Utilize your creativity and project management skills to assist in ensuring seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
EE Manager Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with event stakeholders to maintain relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Develop, manage, and execute communication plans for assigned events.
- Create and present overall budgets for events, maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Organize programs to meet event specifications, including budgeting, site selection, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee event delivery strategies to align with business objectives and core values.
- Lead weekly calls with clients and event management teams to maintain event timelines.
EE Manager Qualifications
- Minimum of ten years of senior event planning experience with increasing responsibility.
- Superb project management skills, initiative, and creativity.
- Strategic marketing and events leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-budget events with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
- Experienced senior advisor capable of gaining the trust of key stakeholders/clients.
- Must be able to travel (30%) and stay over during events
- Occasion trips to Canada - possibly Europe and the Caribbean
