Part-Time Marketing Assistant/Specialist I to work for our client in the

Contract: W2, 6 months
Location: Remote (Pacific Time Zone)
Pay Range: 22-25/hour DOE
Brief Summary:
This role supports the internal marketing efforts for our clients Learning University team. The Marketing Assistant/Specialist will create and distribute engaging communications, manage digital content, and track engagement metrics to promote learning programs and events.
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging internal communications for learning programs and events
- Design and distribute newsletters, email campaigns, and digital announcements
- Maintain the learning program’s intranet presence and content calendar
- Track and report on engagement metrics and event attendance
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand training needs and promote courses
- Assist in creating promotional materials, including flyers, presentations, and digital content
- Support learning events and workshops
- Manage internal social media posts
- Collect and organize participant feedback and success stories
Requirements:
- 2+ years of media research or marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Data storytelling skills with the ability to present insights effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in internal communications and content marketing
- Basic graphic design capabilities
- Data analysis and reporting experience
- Event coordination skills
- Knowledge of Generative AI
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana and QuickSight
