We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our team as a Executive Administrative Assistant dedicated to serving our esteemed law firm clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the legal industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with law firm clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues.
Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new law firm clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our offerings.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including communication history and service agreements.
Send and manage meeting Outlook invites for the month
Acting as a point of contact, answering calls, responding to emails, and occasionally handling other correspondence
Independently establishing, organizing, and maintaining documents, and initiating follow-up as needed
Producing reports, creating PowerPoint Presentations, and Excel worksheets, and working with other departments to pull data as needed
Balancing conflicting priorities to manage workflow, ensuring the completion of essential projects, and meeting critical deadlines
Works on additional projects as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or three (3) years previous experience in client services, account management, or a related role.
Understanding of the legal industry and familiarity with law firm operations.
Experience in Project Management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
