Reports to: Vice President, Sales
Job Summary:
· Develop and maintain sales contact with key personnel at distributor/broker level
· Visit and maintain key accounts
· Prospect new opportunities in both on and off premise markets (80/20 split)
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution against sales plans
· Have clear understanding of brand objectives, brand story and brand guidelines
· Execute short- and long-term sales objectives and strategies for assigned geography
· Implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth and identify new business opportunities
· Grow business by gaining distribution, programming and promotion
· Manage sales expenses and budgets for territory including T&E as well as local marketing budgets
· Maintain awareness of key industry trends among competing brands and retailers
Qualifications:
· 3+ years field sales experience in spirits is preferred
· Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant business/operations experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and ability to learn proprietary software applications
· Must be a self-starter, high energy, resourceful, responsible, flexible, and strong organization skills
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- MBA
- Previous experience in a premium or craft spirits company
