You will partner closely with the Executive team to craft and execute a forward-thinking marketing strategy that amplifies brand equity, drives revenue and fosters enduring customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Evolution
- Evaluate brand heritage to uncover unique strengths, market opportunities and areas for differentiation within the professional skincare category.
- Develop a compelling brand strategy that reinforces core values, drives relevance in the market and resonates deeply with estheticians, dermatologists and spa professionals.
- Elevate the brand voice and narrative to authentically reflect the legacy, innovation and commitment to quality across all platforms.
Campaigns & Marketing Execution
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that increase visibility, build awareness and drive conversion across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Define and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including influencer partnerships, digital activations and high-impact promotional initiatives.
- Partner with the sales team to support tradeshows, enhance brand presence and create marketing toolkits that drive new client acquisition and sell-through.
Client Engagement & Education
- Strengthen client value by optimizing loyalty programs, increasing retention and delivering education-based marketing tools.
- Collaborate with the Education team to create content strategies that drive engagement, support training initiatives and reinforce brand authority.
- Provide ongoing marketing support to spa and professional partners to help them successfully promote and retail products.
Product & Innovation Support
- Identify gaps in the product portfolio and develop marketing strategies that support innovation and new product introductions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and align marketing initiatives with emerging trends and evolving client needs.
- Support global expansion by developing go-to-market strategies, toolkits, and assets for international distributors and partners.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Mentor and develop the marketing team by identifying growth opportunities and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Champion continuous learning by promoting curiosity, adaptability, and innovation throughout the organization.
Analytics & Budgeting
- Oversee marketing analytics and performance tracking to guide strategic decisions and optimize brand impact.
- Collaborate with the President to manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring smart allocation of resources and strong ROI across initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- 12–15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience within the professional skincare, spa, dermatology or medical aesthetics industries.
- Proven track record of driving brand and revenue growth in an entrepreneurial or high-performance environment.
- Expertise in both B2B and B2C strategy, with a deep understanding of professional and medical skincare markets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, build strategic campaigns and deliver measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach to decision-making and optimization.
- Experience managing and allocating marketing budgets to support long-term growth.
- Deep understanding of trends, client behavior and market dynamics within the professional beauty industry.
