This is a remote permanent role, but we stay close as a team and even closer to our clients. We’re growing and want someone smart, responsive, and ready to jump in.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own month-end close for a group of client accounts using QBO and Keeper.app
- Communicate directly with clients and handle their questions with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain accurate books and ensure a timely month-end close
- Respond to client requests promptly—speed and accuracy matter here
- Proactively identify issues, investigate them, and present solutions
- Stay organized and self-manage your workload without hand-holding
What We’re Looking For:
- Expert-level experience with QBO and https://keeper.app/
- Flexible and available during PST to connect with our team and clients.
- Comfortable in a client-facing role—you know how to make people feel heard and supported
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to prioritize speed and accuracy
- Familiar with cloud-based apps and remote work tools
- Self-motivated, curious, and not afraid to figure things out before asking
- Excellent customer service mindset—you go the extra mile without being asked
- You bring common sense, clear communication, and outside-the-box thinking to every task
Pay:
$25 –$30 /hour, depending on experience + bonus opportunities
