Bay Area or Los Angeles (US only), Full-time
About UsAt Novi, we’re catalyzing the shift to values-based shopping. We envision a world of trustworthy CPG products for healthier people and planet. We build technology that helps leading retailers (e.g. Target, Sephora, Amazon, and Bloomingdale’s) better market the world’s most visionary and sustainable brands (e.g. Supergoop, Ritual, Method, Ceremonia, K18, Cocofloss, Henry Rose, Seventh Generation, Drunk Elephant).
We’re a female-founded company helmed by a diverse team of data scientists, chemists, technologists, and CPG strategists. We’re also parents, veterans, marathoners, DIY-ers, pilots, salsa dancers, rubik’s cube champions, and sustainability obsessives. We draw on experience from companies like BCG, Target, Beautycounter, UL, NielsenIQ, Amazon, Yelp, Eventbrite, WeWork, Upwork, and NASA.
Novi is headquartered in the SF Bay Area with offices in LA and presences in NYC, Nashville, and Toronto. We’re backed by leading venture capital firms Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Maveron Ventures, Cowboy Ventures, and Tiger Global; clean living pioneer Jessica Alba; and the board members and founders of Clorox, P&G, The Honest Company, Wealthfront, OpenTable, Gilt Groupe, and Eventbrite.
While we started in the Personal Care & Beauty industry, we’re now serving an expanding list of categories including Household Essentials, Packaged Food & Beverage, Baby, Pet Care, and Vitamins & Supplements. With surging demand for more transparent and sustainable consumer packaged goods, the opportunity is vast – a $5.5 billion market in 2024.

What We're Looking For
A detail-oriented doer and motivated self-starter, who’s excited to support a variety of marketing sub-functions, spanning Growth, Creative, Socials/Content, and Marketing Operations. As the team’s operational backbone, you’ll help create and execute campaigns and events that drive brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement. This is a cross-functional role that supports the entire marketing function, with a focus on Growth Marketing through events and paid advertising.
You’re someone who loves logistics, takes pride in a well-crafted spreadsheet, and brings a high level of follow-through to everything you do. You enjoy team collaboration and are energized by face time with customers and prospects. At key industry events, you’ll be on the front lines—staffing the booth, communicating Novi’s mission, engaging with attendees, and supporting sales in driving engagement.
We’re looking for someone who’s excited to execute, but also comfortable thinking strategically—whether that means brainstorming new ad concepts, improving how we show up at events, or suggesting creative topics for Novi-hosted webinars. We want to hear your ideas.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, collaborative, and seeking exposure to the full marketing landscape. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy wearing many hats and working across teams to bring ideas to life in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
