Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to the team while working remotely in a flexible, part-time capacity. This position requires a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and help streamline daily operations for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and respond appropriately.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring information is easily accessible and up to date.
- Assist with special projects as assigned, including research and data gathering.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Track and manage office supplies and resources.
- Coordinate virtual meetings and events, including setting up video conferencing and preparing necessary materials.
- Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role (preferably in a remote setting).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
