About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the ePAC Director of People and Performance. This role will play a crucial part in financial planning, operational analysis, and process optimization, ensuring the highest level of financial accuracy and compliance while supporting strategic business initiatives. The Finance Manager must have experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
Key Responsibilities{{:}
}Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes in collaboration with HR, Operations and other cross-functional teams
.Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization
.Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making
.Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy
.Oversee financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
.Partner with Operations to analyze workforce costs, compensation structures, and resource allocation
.Collaborate with various departments to drive improvements in procurement, expense management, and vendor payments
.Assist in financial audits, tax filings, and regulatory complianc

s.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related fiel
d.6+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related analytical rol
e.Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysi
s.Proven ability to analyze large data sets and translate insights into actionable strategie
s.Experience in implementing and improving financial controls and processe
s.Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar
).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
