Summary:
- Lead all Customer and Broker management activities nationally.
- Develop long-range business plans and relationships with customers
- Work with internal cross-functional teams to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
- Drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with the internal teams to drive positive business impacts through improved, higher productivity assortments.
- Be the voice of the customer to educate internal teams on key strategic initiatives and the voice for Sun Bum holding customers accountable to execute mutually agreed upon plans
- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers at strategic accounts.
Essential Duties:
- Consistently achieve sales goals profitability while operating within budgetary constraints to contribute to the overall profitability.
- Partner with customers to develop and execute promotional programs.
- Lead and communicate the overall account strategy and own the outcome for internal and external customer meetings.
- Gather and communicate competitive factors/insights impacting the business (i.e. new competitive items, competitive promotions, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage expenses, budgets and promotional activity associated with sales.
- Lead, manage and mentor sales broker representatives and attend customer events, promotions, and trade shows
- Develop seasonal Go-to-Market plans that drive impact at the point of sale increasing revenue and profitability.
- Coordinate and attend internal sales meetings to review current customer activity, review services and encourage performance and sales growth.
- Hold broker teams accountable for delivering the highest level of service possible.
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate sales forecasts for each customer.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- 7-10 years in CPG Sales Leadership roles
- Successful track record of delivering exceptional sales results.
- Proven ability to collaborate with people across all levels and functional areas.
- Must be extremely organized and able to work under moving deadlines.
- Strong proficiency working with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and BI
- Demonstrate ability to think strategically and drive execution vs. goals.
- Account sales management for a seasonal and/or personal care brand.
- Proven forecasting experience with a seasonal and/or personal care brand
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Previous Walmart/Sam’s Club experience preferred

Compensation:
- $130,930-171,845 is the salary range for this position. It represents a portion of the overall package, and includes flexibility based on the candidate's qualifications.
