Description
Our client is in the process of adding a Data Entry Clerk to their team, situated in New York. The individual in this role will be expected to manage customer interactions, handle data entry tasks, and maintain accurate records. The role is a short term contract employment opportunity, particularly suited for those with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications
- Maintaining methodical and precise records of customer credit
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving them effectively
- Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action
- Demonstrating proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks
- Utilizing 10 Key Skills for data entry and other relevant tasks
- Organizing files systematically for easy access and retrieval
- Performing calculations as required in a timely manner
- Scanning documents and ensuring they are correctly stored
- Typing correspondence and other documents with speed and accuracy.
Requirements
- Possess proficiency in 10 Key Skills
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service
- Proficient in Data Entry tasks
- Skilled in Email Correspondence
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Experience in Organizing Files
- Able to Perform Calculations
- Skilled in Scanning documents
- Possess strong Typing abilities
