Job Description
Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Team! The Administrative Assistant will support their IT Asset Operations and Service Desk Teams with a Credit Card Terminal hardware replacement project. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly communicative, and proactive in managing tasks and timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Request Terminals from IT Asset Management team in line with project scheduling.
- Validate contents and log asset information for branches prior to mailing them.
- Create mailing labels and return labels for distribution of the machines.
- Update all logistical activities within tracker alongside the project manager.
- Validate receipt and provide communications with the local sites to ensure proper installation.
- Validate the return of old equipment for recycling.
- Annotate all internal support logging for each device.
- Support the Company in a manner that encourages effective collaboration between personnel and network team that highlights priorities and deliverables.
- Ensure clear communication and expectations between Company and the contractor.
- Provide on time & accurate invoices.
- Other duties as reasonably requested by Company.
