Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is important to the success of CDK Events. The administrative assistant will work directly with CDK's staff to support all aspects of their daily work routines.
Responsibilities will include helping CDK's staff with tasks such as prioritizing and responding to emails, maintaining records, attending and taking notes at meetings, and booking travel for staff.
Responsibilities:
Monitor appointments and meetings
Maintain calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of CDK officers
Organize and update to-do lists
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Organize, manage and prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Manage correspondence
Input and manage data
Attend meetings with officers for note taking
Review and edit written communications (emails, proposals, etc)
Serve as a liaison between the CEO, CFO and project manager(s)
Determine priority of matters of attention for the CEO
Keep the CEO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up
Potential for occasional travel
