Description
We are providing an opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in RESTON, Virginia. Your role will primarily entail maintaining customer records, processing applications, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with supervising customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently process customer credit applications.
- Keep customer credit records up to date.
- Address and resolve any customer inquiries promptly.
- Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to organize and maintain files.
- Use your 10 Key Skills for performing calculations and data entry tasks.
- Manage email correspondence with customers effectively.
- Perform scanning and typing duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in data entry, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and speed
- Demonstrated ability in 10 Key Skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client base
- Proficient in email correspondence, demonstrating detail oriented written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience in organizing files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of data
- Ability to perform calculations with accuracy and efficiency
- Skilled in scanning documents, with attention to detail in maintaining documentation
- Typing proficiency, with emphasis on speed and accuracy.
