Virtual Assistant to the CEO (Parts Sales Industry)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-paced parts sales company. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves handling scheduling, email correspondence, data entry, customer interactions, and other administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft responses.
Organize and maintain company records, documents, and reports.
Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and updating inventory.
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and vendors on behalf of the CEO.
Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends.
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as needed.
Assist in social media management and marketing initiatives.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, invoices, and expense tracking.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support business operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Familiarity with the parts sales or automotive industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
