Position: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote, Austin or DC Area Preferred
Job Type: Full-time, senior-level experience needed
Compensation: $75,000-110,000 based on experience

We are seeking a reserved, forward thinking, knowledgeable, experienced, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the owner of multiple businesses in the legal and political world. This role will immerse you in the day-to-day operations of a high-level executive while offering opportunities to interact with an exciting team amid rapid growth.
In this role, you’ll:
- Manage schedules, travel, and meetings
- Serve as the bridge between the business owner and internal/external stakeholders
- Anticipate needs and propose solutions
- Build processes and procedures to better manage the Executive’s time
What We’re Looking For:
A detail-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once. Must be a tenacious taskmaster. Previous law firm and political experience is highly preferred. 15 Years of administrative experience preferred.

Job Purpose: The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the owner of multiple businesses in the legal and political sectors by managing day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, communications, and travel. As the executive’s role continues to grow, the need for an experienced assistant to build a roadmap to optimization is crucial to future success.
Job Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations:
- Support the business owner with any and all day-to-day tasks, both personal and professional
- Maintain complex and sensitive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate and manage frequent travel arrangements, both domestic and international
- Serve as the liaison between the business owner and the operations team, support staff, and external stakeholders
- Prepare and manage expense reports and other administrative tasks
- Communicate with clients and potential clients on behalf of the business owner
- Demonstrate composure, tact, and flexibility while managing competing priorities
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Anticipate needs and proactively propose and execute solutions to challenges
- Assist with a variety of projects and tasks independently, with minimal supervision
- Ensure follow-up and completion of tasks as requested by the business owner\
- Quickly and concisely summarize complex arrangements and issues
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and proactive problem-solving abilities; "no task is too big or small"
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit discretion at all times
- A strong knowledge of business operations, politics, and law
