The Executive Assistant is foundational to the business and a key member of the team. This professional will ensure the organization runs smoothly by providing administrative support primarily to the Chair & CEO and COO & President, but will also support the full team on scheduling and events to support client service and the growth of our business.
Responsibilities
- Daily calendar management for the principals – all scheduling and appointments both personal and professional with internal and external stakeholders; ensure a well-balanced agenda to optimize productivity.
- Ensure principals are prepared for meetings with relevant documents.
- Organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and meeting schedules, ensuring seamless business travel experiences for the principals.
- Office management including ordering supplies.
- Draft and proofread correspondence including emails, letters, and reports, maintaining a consistent tone aligned with the company’s brand, and ensuring clear communication at all times.
- Manage critical documents, such as financial reports and contracts, while upholding confidentiality and accessibility for prompt decision-making.
- Personal tasks when needed for the principals.

Qualifications
- 10-15+ years experience supporting senior executives in a start-up environment.
- Experience supporting multiple time zones.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and emerging AI tools.
- MUST live in the DC area for periodic in-person meetings. This role is currently remote but will convert to hybrid.
