Rahoo is a fast-growing early childhood development company dedicated to empowering parents with innovative products and expert-led services. As we scale, we’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in driving the company’s mission forward.
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing key administrative and strategic tasks, and enabling the CEO to focus on high-impact initiatives. You’ll be the right-hand person to the Founder, helping to optimize their time, streamline communication, and manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel, ensuring efficient time management.
- Communication & Correspondence: Manage emails, draft responses, and serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Support high-priority initiatives, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- Investor & Partner Coordination: Assist in preparing materials for investors, board meetings, and strategic partnerships.
- Operational Support: Handle administrative tasks, research, and document preparation to facilitate decision-making.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in executive support, operations, or project management preferred.
