Freelance Corporate DesignerEsquireTek is looking for a highly skilled freelance corporate graphic designer with a strong background in B2B and corporate marketing design. This role is ideal for a designer who can take project requirements, understand the goal, audience, and desired outcome, and translate that into professionally designed materials that are both brand-aligned and effective.
We need someone who can bring structure, clarity, and sophistication to our marketing materials—someone who knows how to ask the right questions upfront, ensuring the final design meets or exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop corporate marketing materials such as brochures, sales collateral, one-pagers, whitepapers, and presentation decks that align with brand standards.
- Design polished, structured, and effective email templates and newsletters that enhance readability and engagement.
- Ensure strong visual hierarchy, typography, and layout to create materials that are not just visually appealing but strategically designed for impact.
- Refine and optimize existing materials for consistency, clarity, and effectiveness.
- (Bonus) If you have experience in conversion-optimized ad design, you may also contribute to digital ads and social media graphics.
What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience in corporate and B2B design, with a portfolio that demonstrates structured, professional marketing materials.
- A deep understanding of layout, typography, visual balance, and composition—we want a designer who thinks beyond aesthetics and understands function and strategy.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail—every design decision should serve a purpose and contribute to clarity and engagement.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects efficiently in a remote setting.
- Bonus: Experience designing high-performing digital ads with a focus on conversion and engagement.
