Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills. This is a remote position, which means you can work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules and appointments
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings and conference calls
- Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and other documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Maintain and update client and project database
- Manage shipping and receiving of documents and packages
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls
- Assist with invoicing and billing processes
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus
