Job Overview: The Visual Designer will be responsible for articulating design elements of the Inflection brand. This position requires strong understanding of graphic design principles, ability to lead the creative efforts, and excellent communication skills that maintain brand integrity across various initiatives. The Visual Designer will collaborate with the product, sales, and education teams to create compelling visual assets that will align with the Inflection brand.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare design work with a clear objective, ensuring it aligns with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build visual designs.
- Demonstrate strong design principles to consistently elevate the brand.
- Guide creative development across a variety of mediums (promotional materials, presentations, email campaigns, social media, etc.) while integrating data and storytelling to drive impactful results.
- Actively engages with the team to give and receive feedback within design processes.
- Lead creative initiatives while ensuring the consistency and integrity of the Inflection brand.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in graphic and/or visual design roles
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Figma and Canva
- Comfort with Google Suite and Slack for internal communications
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
Compensation
The starting base salary for this position will range from $60,000 - $70,000 USD. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
