Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and equipment procurement.
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Draft and proofread business correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Arrange logistics, prepare agendas, and ensure the smooth execution of events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Assist various departments with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
- Collaborate with HR for employee onboarding and administrative processes.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office supplies, equipment, and other services.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
