Job Description: Receptionist (Full-Time)
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our law firm. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule appointments, maintain the firm’s calendar, and coordinate meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a law firm or professional setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
