Job Description: Paralegal (Full-Time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Paralegal to join our team and provide essential support to our attorneys. The ideal candidate will assist in managing cases, conducting research, and ensuring the efficient operation of our legal practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law and statutes.
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and external parties to gather information and provide updates.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and preparing case materials.
- Manage deadlines, court filings, and administrative tasks to ensure compliance with legal procedures.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in legal studies, or a paralegal certification.
- Previous experience as a paralegal, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
