Staff Accountant to join our team.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Part-Time Staff Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing various email inboxes, as well as performing general account reconciliations. This role is perfect for someone who is organized and enjoys working with numbers in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and take action on incoming emails across multiple inboxes, ensuring timely responses and accurate information.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Support the accounting team with additional tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and systems.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule
- Part-time, flexible hours. Specific schedule to be determined.
